Volunteer Information for parents

If you would like to volunteer to help at a tournament, please sign-up below.  There are various roles you can play.  If you are unable to volunteer, please select 'UNABLE' in each of the drop down volunteer sign-up boxes.

Responsibility to provide Walker/Scorers

If you are a parent of an 8-13 year old, you MUST sign up on this form to be a walker in at least 2 events (one event if only entering one).  An 8-13 year old member who does not provide the required walkers will not be allowed to play.

   WAIT LISTS  

Tournaments fill up very rapidly in some districts, and entry may be available on a wait list basis only.  As space becomes available, players on a wait list will be placed in tournaments in the order in which we receive your confirmation sheet.

Junior World Qualifier
One of the sub-district tournaments will also function as a qualifying tournament for the statewide Junior World tournament.  Please read the information about that tournament before you make your decision TO ENTER THE JUNIOR WORLD QUALIFIER, YOU MUST BE 14 OR OLDER AND YOU MUST BE ENTERED IN THE APPROPRIATE SUB-DISTRICT TOURNAMENT.

WJGA Refund Policy
Tournament entry fees are non-refundable except in the event of serious injury or family emergency.  Refunds are considered on a case by case basis.  Schedule conflicts are not reasons for a refund .  Please submit all refund requests via email to your district director.

To complete your online registration, click the SUBMIT button below.  After you click SUBMIT, a confirmation page will display.  Print TWO copies of the confirmation page (one for your records) and mail the other copy, with a check for your fees, to the WJGA state office.

You will know your entry has been confirmed when your name appears on the TOURNAMENT ROSTER page on the DISTRICT FIVE section of the WJGA website.  If your name does not appear there, your entry has not yet been officially confirmed.

You will not receive a confirmation notice other than your name being listed on the Tournament Roster.
