Your entry is not confirmed until we have received your signed confirmation page and tournament entry fees by mail in the state office. To know when your entry has been received go to the District Four Homepage and click on the Tournament Roster link. Your name will appear on that roster when your entry is confirmed.

If you would like to volunteer, please sign-up below. If you are unable to volunteer, please select 'unable' in each of the drop down volunteer sign-up boxes.

If you are a parent of an 8-13 year old you MUST sign up on this form to be a walker in at least 2 events (or one event if member is only entering one). An 8-13 year old member must have a parent or other designated adult to walk in order to play. If a member does not have an available walker they will not be allowed to play.

Now entering our 32nd season. This is possible due to the many WJGA friends each year who donate time or money to help us promote junior golf each season. WJGA Refund Policy Tournament entry fees are non-refundable except in the event of injury or family emergency. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. Schedule conflicts are not reasons for a refund . Please submit all refund requests via email to your district director.

To complete your online registration click the SUBMIT button below. After you click SUBMIT a confirmation page will display. Print two copies of the confirmation page (one for your records) and mail a copy with a check for your fees to the WJGA state office.

Refer to the TOURNAMENT ROSTER link on your DISTRICT FOUR HOMEPAGE to confirm your entry. When we receive your entry and fees in the state office your entry is confirmed. If your name is not on the Tournament Roster you are not entered.
You will not receive a confirmation notice other than your name being listed on the Tournament Roster.
