REGISTRATION: Contestants must register in person at Meridian Valley Country Club on Monday July 23rd, from 11:00 to 6:00 pm or Tuesday July 24th, from 11:00 to 6:00 pm.

If a player does not register by 6:00 pm on Tuesday, a two stroke penalty will be applied to the player’s score for the first hole of the tournament.

ALTERNATES: 
Boys – alternates from each district will be used through Saturday July 21st.
Girls – alternates for the girls will be assigned by Executive Director, Jerry Fehr, from a statewide pool through Saturday July 21st. BEGINNING JULY 22nd – alternates will be called from the Host District (6).  

After the close of registration, (6:00 pm Tuesday July 24th) alternates from the host district (6) will be called at their home phone number between 6:00 and 8:00 pm one time only and will be given the opportunity to stand by at the course Wednesday morning to take the place of the unregistered player if he/she does not appear.
