REGISTRATION: Contestants must register in person at Everett Country Club on Monday July 26th, from 11:00 to 6:00 pm or Tuesday July 27th, from 11:00 to 6:00 pm.

If a player does not register by 6:00 pm on Tuesday, a two stroke penalty will be applied to the player’s score for the first hole of the tournament.

ALTERNATES:  District alternates will be used through Friday July 23rd.  District alternates for the girls will be assigned by executive director, Jerry Fehr, from a statewide pool through Friday July 23rd.  Beginning on Saturday July 24th, alternates from the Host District (1), will be called.  After the close of registration, (6:00 pm Tuesday July 27th) alternates from the host district (1) will be called at their home phone number between 6:00 and 8:00 pm one time only and will be asked to stand by at the course Wednesday am to take the place of the unregistered player if he/she does not appear.
