WJGA Refund Policy
Tournament entry fees are non-refundable except in the event of serious illness, injury or family emergency.  Refunds are considered on a case by case basis.  Schedule conflicts are not reasons for a refund.  Please submit all refund requests via email to your district director.  If you are placed on a wait list and DO NOT get an opportunity to play, your fees will be refunded.
