Port Orchard, Wash. – WJGA members Brock Maulding & Zachary Miller earned co-medalist honors in the U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Qualifying, held September 26th at McCormick Woods Golf Club in Port Orchard, Wash.

Maulding and Miller will be amongst the youngest teams in the field at next year’s championship as they are both still in high school. Miller won the 2022 WJGA Boys’ Player of the Year award, and Maulding won the 2022 WJGA Eastern Open and represented Washington at the 2022 Hogan Cup.

The two sides will now advance to compete in the 2023 U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Championship, which will be held May 20-24 at Kiawah Island Club in Kiawah Island, S.C.

The U.S. Amateur Four-Ball is one of 15 national championships conducted annually by the USGA, 10 of which are strictly for amateurs.
