Thank you for your interest in joining the WJGA! At the Washington Junior Golf Association, we are dedicated to supporting junior golfers by offering a comprehensive, competitive sports program which helps to provide lifelong benefits through the building of character and sportsmanship. Registration for the 2026 season will open March 2nd, 2026 at 9am.
IMPORTANT Refund policy - All refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and should be submitted by email to the Executive Director, Tyler Johnsen, or your volunteer Tournament Director. Refunds because of scheduling conflicts will only be allowed until May 31st, and when granted will be subject to a $10 administration fee for Sub-District events and $20 administration fee for all other events. No refunds will be issued within 1 week of any tournament date.
WJGA Membership Requirements
WJGA is for players between the ages of 8-18, age as of August 1 determines the age bracket for both boys and girls. 18-year-old players may participate up until their 19th birthday as long as they are in, or just completed their graduation year, and have not matriculated in a college or university.
Players must be able to play independently and meet the following scoring guidelines

Every player's score in their first tournament will be evaluated against these scoring guidelines to confirm that they can play at the skill level required by WJGA.
Members must be residents of the WJGA territory (Washington State, North East Oregon, and parts of the Idaho Panhandle) during the summer season and must be either US Citizens or non-citizens who have permanent resident status.

Entry into sub-district tournaments is first-come, first-served.
ALL registrations must be completed online (see button at top of page).
Parents of players 13 and under are required to provide a walking scorer for every event/round in which the player participates.
